This is a turn key hunting camp. 5 stands and 5 feeders will remain with the land. One container that has been enclosed with a kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. A separate living room area with dining tables and beds for additional guest. A separate living quarters with 1 bedroom, bathroom and living room area. Trails throughout the property, Loaded with endless amounts of game. Electric is 15 miles away, but no worries as this place has a generator and solar panels. This is a very efficient "off-grid" camp. One tower stand that you can see 3 feeders from.

From SR 53 turn onto Tower Rd Go 2.1 miles. You will come to a gate- its not locked, open, pull through and close it. Tower Rd will dead end into Camp P Rd. Turn Lt and go 3.7 miles and turn right onto County Line Rd.. Follow county line rd for 5 miles and turn LT onto Gum Rd. Gum Rd will dead end into Farr Rd. Turn RT, go 1/10 of a mile and turn onto Rock Island Rd, in 3/10 of a mile the property begins on the right hand side, the gated entrance is on the right just passed the beginning of the land. Land is also on the LT and begins 4/10 of a mile down after turning onto Rock Island Rd and and ends at Smith Rd.
